It covers the core meditation practices, including self-compassion and loving-kindness focused meditation practices. This eight-week course provides a comprehensive introduction to mindfulness meditation in relation to everyday life.

MEW: Mindfulness and Expressive Writing.

 

The Mindfulness and Expressive Writing Course (MEW) is an introduction to mindfulness combined with expressive writing exercises. The course explores mindfulness and therapeutic and creative writing together to support well-being and encourage creativity and emotional expression using therapeutic writing techniques.

 

This course can be delivered as a short-course or tailored to your specific needs.
